A Nationally Recognized Team Indianapolis Neurosurgical Group - ING - is a nationally recognized team, comprised of board certified or board eligible neurosurgeons, interventional neuroradiologists, physiatrists and a neuropsychologist. A certified registered nurse anesthetist, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, physician assistants, certified scrub technicians, certified radiology technicians and staff assist ING physicians in providing care to patients. ING's mission to provide comprehensive care of the brain and spine through integrity, skill and teamwork is supported by its over 100 dedicated ancillary staff. Determining Your Treatment Ordinarily, the physician who examines you first will be your physician throughout your care. However, ING physicians work as a team. If you have a complex or unusual illness, it is likely that your case will be reviewed by other physicians and their opinions will be considered in making decisions. Your care may even be transferred to another ING physician with more expertise and specialized training in treating your disorder. If surgery is required, another surgeon in the group may assist in the operation.
